Franciacorta Rosé

After a minimum of 25 months following the harvest, the Rosé Brut is riddled to concentrate the sediment against the temporary cap, then disgorged and packaged. It is remarkable for its lively, frothy mousse; its delicate, elegant cascade of bubbles; and a long-lingering, stylish bouquet, showing crisp nuances of ripe fruit and fresh wild berry.
